Please Note
All of our dice are handmade - each one poured, sanded, polished, and painted by mere mortal hands with mortal limitations. Imperfections are likely to exist but we promise they will be purely cosmetic and will not affect the function of your dice. 

Resin is a finicky material. It does not like extreme temperatures! Keep out of the sun to prevent overheating and warping, and premature yellowing due to UV exposure.
If you receive your dice in the height of summer heat, please allow them to come to room temperature before handling. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. This will only cause more problems.

Due to the nature of our handmade items, we usually do not offer refunds. We WILL address any and all concerns possible, however.
