Q&A
*How often do you restock?
Restock happens once a month, usually on a Saturday or Sunday.
Follow us on Instagram (@cultdice) for drop announcements and previews, or join our mailing list!
*What are your dice made of?
Mostly, we use Epoxy Resin.
There might be a time when we decide to go on an experimental adventure and use different materials, but this will be clearly written in the listings if/when we do!
*Who makes your molds? And who does your masters?
We do! We do every single step of dice-making ourselves. We design and print our own masters with our own art/logos and fonts, which we then make our molds from.
*Do You Take Commissions?
Commissions are closed at this time.
*Are your dice balanced?
As much as ANY dice can be.
No dice, anywhere, are perfectly balanced. Not your mass-produced factory dice. Not your casino-grade ones (which, by the way, are tossed after a few hours of play). Not even that one D20 you always think is cursed. Tiny imperfections—like air bubbles, mold lines, or even sharp edges—exist in every die, and that’s okay. Especially for casual, tabletop gaming use.
If you do happen to have a dice that consistently rolls a particular side/number, it's usually due to trapped air. We try to test all of our dice before listing to make sure this is never an issue that makes it way to your table.
Remember, shit happens, guys. It's not a perfect science. It's a handmade item. We are only human. Just know we would never purposely try to sabotage your gameplay.
*What about inclusions?
Nope, the little skull inside isn't rigging the outcome - promise!
We get it—some folks worry that dice with inclusions might be unbalanced.
Here's the facts: our inclusions are typically made of resin, just like the dice themselves. There isn't enough weight difference to throw anything off. This goes for our organic materials, too. It's usually so light, the difference is negligible.
*Do you ever ship internationally?
Sometimes, yes!
For a few different reasons, we use Etsy for all international sales. While it can be a bit of a pain to deal with a third party marketplace, they do handle tricky and intimidating things like international taxes and they usually cover costs for both buyer and seller when things are lost in the mail. Our previous experience with our postal service has not been the best, so its always nice having a third-party to make sure things go as smoothly as possible.
That being said, we are currently unable to sell at all within the EU, thanks to the newest GSPR.
If you are outside the EU and interested in a set, feel free to email me (cultdicebusiness@gmail.com) or DM on instagram (@cultdice)! I'll see what I can do!
